A public record of company announcements.
PRBASE exists so a company announcement can be found again later. A reporter checking a claim, an analyst building a timeline, or the company itself pointing at its own record all use the same page. The release stays up, dated, and tied to the organization that issued it.
Permanent records
Each release is attached to a company newsroom, a category, and a date. The URL remains stable even if headlines are updated.
Open to read
No account is required to search or to read. An account is only required to file something new or to claim a newsroom.
Source marked
Releases submitted directly clearly identify the issuing organization. Releases imported from elsewhere link back to the original source, with up to five supporting citations.
What PRBASE is not
It is not a wire service and it does not pitch your release to reporters. Submitting a release here puts the announcement into a permanent public record. Distributing to external news outlets is an optional service, available for organizations that need syndication.
